Corn skin is a kind of secondary product produced by corn deep-processing enterprise. After steeping, the corn particle enters into the starch production process. Through washing, squeezing process, drying and other processing process, the corn skin power is produced. Its major components are fiber, starch, protein and others.

The corn skin separated from corn after steeping and crushing is with high content of protein, starch and mainly applied in feed industry; after the ordinary corn fiber is added with corn steep liquor, it is dried and produced into liquor added fiber which is with protein level (dry basis) more than 16% and mainly applied in feed production.
